The hotel has a stunning modern architectural design and offers a relaxing and comfortable stay. The upgraded room for our honeymoon was the nicest we've ever stayed in. The staff, particularly at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating.

My beautiful double room at Kozmo Hotel Suites & Spa was really good, offering spacious, comfortable, and stylish accommodations. The interior design beautifully blended modernity with the charm of the building's history as a telecommunications center during the war. I was even delighted to receive artwork from the hotel as a leaving present. The staff consistently provided excellent service, ensuring every detail was perfect. the hotel's location just outside the city center was convenient, and the complimentary hotel car made getting around easy.

Although the bar area was stylish, the prices were quite high, and the bill came as a shock. The room door could have been better insulated, as noise from the corridor was noticeable.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is a perfect base for exploring all the tourist attractions in the area. It is conveniently situated near the bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are tastefully furnished with beautiful artwork, creating a unique and charming atmosphere. The bathroom is spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing experience. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with the reception staff being courteous and professional. The breakfast offered at the hotel is amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

The fee to enter the spa and wellness center is an unexpected additional expense for guests.

The hotel was awesome with luxurious rooms, a magnificent en-suite bathroom, and a well-equipped spa. The staff provided excellent service and catered to specific requests. The hotel also had interesting art deco details, a good-sized library, and a range of amenities including a pool and gym. The breakfast offered a variety of options including special choices like avocado spread and cranberry juice.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities. the room was modern and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary room upgrade. the spa and wellness centre was excellent, with a variety of treatments available. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were clean and relaxing, and we enjoyed spending time there.

Although the service was attentive, we did experience a minor issue with the restaurant staff. the meal was enjoyable, but the service was slow.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the touristic landmarks either by bus or walking. The hotel itself was newly opened and everything was beautifully designed. The rooms were spacious and tastefully furnished, with a luxurious marble bathroom and a wooden walking wardrobe. The hotel had thought of every detail, from the colors and quality of the furniture to the perfect cleanliness. The staff were really good, providing genuine and professional service. Betty at reception made check-in easy, and I even had the opportunity to go on a hotel tour with the General Manager, Mr Andres Mena.
